Building a family brand

As an independent family business with over 20 years experience of managing properties, it was important to convey the trusted, quality and personable service Bricks + Mortar provide to their customers.

The approach was exploring the market competitors, and highlighting Bricks + Mortars’ services, of which there are five key areas - sales, land searches, collaboration with property developers, handyman and interior design services. Icons were tailored for each area to give clarity and direction. The contemporary styling combined with the warm family imagery creates an inviting brand experience.
