Colleagues Shine Bright

Recognising our colleagues contribution at work can be easily lost during a busy week, so MHA wanted to encourage team members to publicly acknowledge each others efforts, teamwork and success. ‘Recognising MHA Stars’ was introduced in the form of a series of six positive postcards which colleagues were encouraged to send to each other when they recognised someone had gone above-and-beyond their role, or when a task had been completed well.

The designs needed to be corporate, but have a softer, more personal touch - be something which people would appreciate receiving and be happy to display.
